Our Studio

Yoga Dogz Hot Hatha Yoga in Reynolda Village, is a heated yoga studio offering classes from beginner to advanced. Conveniently located in the shops at Reynolda Village, Yoga Dogz Hot Hatha Yoga is a great place to further your yoga practice and learn from some of the best yoga teachers in the Winston-Salem area.

The Studio

Yoga Dogz has ten heaters which keep the studio temperature between 90  - 100 degrees.  The heated room provides a safe place to enhance flexibility and proper alignment while detoxifying the body. we are always flexible with turning on and off heaters according to the needs of our students.

Hot Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a sequence of Yoga postures designed to strengthen and align the spine. The lineage comes from 84 basic asanas in Calcutta, India. The room is heated in order to help safely align the body, allow for deeper stretch and opening, and aid in detoxification.

501(c)(3) Studio

Yoga Dogz is a 501(c)(3) non-profit studio of Evolve Yoga, which was started by John Budd of Winston-Salem NC. Evolve Yoga seeks to engage at-risk populations through yoga & Meditation.

Yoga Dogz Philosophy

Hatha yoga is a sequence of Yoga postures designed to strengthen and align the spine. The lineage comes from 84 basic asanas in Calcutta, India through Patanjali, Krishnamacharya, and Bishnu Ghosh. Through a series of standing, balancing, floor and breathing exercises, you will safely achieve greater strength, flexibility, overall health and vitality as you breathe from one posture to the next.
