What if I don’t like the class?
Like any new endeavor, hot yoga takes a little time to get used to. After several classes (5 – 10) your body will get used to the heat, and you will become more aware of your own strengths and weaknesses. The best way to deal with any discomfort or dizziness is to slow down, or take a variation of child’s pose on your mat. Stepping out of your comfort zone is good for you and takes willpower and determination. It’s what causes personal growth. The worst thing you can do is stop and head for the door.
