Should I hydrate and eat before class?

It’s best to prepare for your first class by drinking a lot of water the day before -- at least 64 oz, and try to consume plenty of water-rich fresh fruits and vegetables. We suggest you practice on a relatively empty stomach, eating no closer than 2 hours before and preferably a light meal. Your best choice is fresh fruit, a smoothie or protein shake – something easily digested before class.
